Who should come: This event is open to all registered Girl Scout adults and adult members of Girl Scouts of Korea and Girl Scouts of Japan. We encourage each committee to send at least 3 representatives to share workshop information when she/he returns.
Presenters: Have a fun topic you want to present at the conference? Submit the presenter proposal form by March 15th and you may be a workshop presenter.
Auction Items: We are accepting donated items to be auctioned at the live and silent auction. All proceeds go right back into the USAGSO-West Pacific Girl Scouts through programs, scholarships, grants and camp opportunities. Consider auction items that represent your area. Please contact Yvette Hairston via e-mail.
Dress Code: For morning and afternoon sessions Girl Scout attire (khakis, Girl Scout polo, and scarf). Fun attire for the Banquet with your “fun hat” to show off.

Travel Grants: No grants, scholarships or financial assistance are available from USAGSO-West Pacific. Check with your location and/or your OC to see if there are additional funds available for adult learning opportunities. USAGSO – New York served committees request grants by emailing Laura Thielges with the amount of your request by March 11th, 2013. Awardees will be notified by March 13th.
Accommodations: Reserve a hotel room at Dragon Hill Lodge Seoul, South Korea. Fees are based on rank. To reserve a room, contact the lodge directly at Military DSN (315) 738-2222 and ask for the Girl Scouts Group Rate block number 050313GIR by April 10, 2013.
